We are an all Australian Family owned and operated business. Our candy company has been around for over 60 years. Creating smiles and google eyed excitement of all ages and cultures. We pride ourselves on our hand made quality produced products, strictly made from the recipes handed down through generations. Our family's why, has always been driven by the passion to create memories and to continue on with the family name throughout decades of changing times and tastebuds.
The Johnson Family
OUR STORY
Grandad Benjamin Johnson started making confectionery in a small kitchen of the family home in Richmond during a time when people were coming out of the Great Depression. His knowledge of creating hard boiled candy came from a current job working at Bush's Confectionery. With 6 kids to feed and the ever changing times, his desire and drive to start his own business began from humble beginnings. Every member of the Johnson Family have at some point worked within the business and contributed their own bit of love. Only to grow into the well known family business it is today. We have now rebranded, coming into the third generation as Lolliology. With an updated look but still the same, consistent, tried and true recipes handed down. Lolliology meets tradition with timeless nuance. With the continuation of a legacy from my family to yours. Enjoy the story as much as you will enjoy the taste of our sweet creations.
